    Hi Careers Division members,

Results for this year's AOM Careers Division elections are now available.

Many thanks to everyone who took the time to vote for our new Division leaders and representatives, to run for office and to nominate candidates. Every vote matters in yet another close election. At 22% of Division membership voting, we improved last year's participation, so well done. We appreciate such an engaged membership.

Please join me in congratulating these outstanding colleagues and leaders joining our CAR Executive Committee.

Our new 5-year leadership track PDW Chair who will serve the following years as Program Chair, Chair-Elect, Division Chair and Immediate Past Chair, is:

    • Caitlin Porter (Caitlin.Porter@memphis.edu). Caitlin is Associate Professor of Management at the Fogelman College of Business at the University of Memphis. In August 2025 Caitlin will be joining the Henry W. Bloch School of Management at the University of Missouri-Kansas City as an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Management and the Marion Bloch Chair in Leadership.

Our three new Representatives-at-Large, who will each serve three-year terms are, alphabetically:

    • Holly Slay Ferraro (holly.ferraro@villanova.edu). Associate Professor of Management and Faculty Director, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Teaching and Research at Villanova University's School of Business.
    • Christina Li, (christina.s.li@ou.edu). Assistant Professor at the University of Oklahoma, and
    • Maria Simosi (maria.simosi@rhul.ac.uk). Reader (Senior Associate Professor) at the School of Business and Management at Royal Holloway, University of London.

We very much look forward to their valuable contributions.

A special thank you also to those who ran for office but were not elected. We very much appreciate your involvement and your willingness to serve. Each of you received significant support from our membership in another close election. We hope you will run again in the future.

On behalf of the CAR Nominating Committee, a huge thank you and congratulations.

    With big cheers, dj
