    We would like to recognize the best careers paper published in the past (calendar) year. This year's Chair-Elect is @Serge Da Motta Veiga, Past Chair is @Denise JepsenProgram Chair is @Daniel Spurk and PDW Chair is @Jennifer Tosti-Kharas

    Congratulations to all the finalists!!

    An expert panel consisting of @Matthew Bidwell, @Mina Beigi, and @Scott Seibert made their collective decision based on the significance of the paper to careers research in advancing novel ideas, challenging existing theory, and featuring innovative data and methods and promise of inspiring future careers research.
