Careers Division Awards: Mid-Careers Scholar, Best Published Careers Paper, Hughes Lifetime Careers Scholar

Let's get things started with the Hughes Lifetime Careers Scholar Award. This year's Chair-Elect is @Serge Da Motta Veiga, Program Chair is @Daniel Spurk and PDW Chair is @Jennifer Tosti-Kharas
The Hughes Lifetime Careers Scholar Award is the Career's Division premier award that honors scholars who have made a significant contribution to careers research. Nominees hold 20+ years of post PhD contributions to careers-related research, are current members of the Careers Division, and sustain membership with at least one other AOM Division Interest Group (DIG).
An expert panel consisting of @Denise Rousseau (Chair), @Julia Richardson, @Jos Akkermans made their collective decision based on the quality and quantity of published career research, sustained impact of career scholarship, practice, and society, and leadership behaviors including the development of career scholars and/or practitioners.
And the winner is...
