Academy of Management AOM Careers Division is excited to announce a new research incubator program designed to improve representation of PhDs and early career researchers (ECRs) residing in low and middle income (LMI) regions.
The duration of the program is 6 months for 10 participants and will be virtual with a focus on advancing knowledge through incubating with a careers mentor: Fida Afiouni (Lebanon), Yehuda Baruch (UK), Patrick Garcia (Australia), Stefanie Gustafsson (UK), Mila Lazarova (Canada), Alex Newman (Australia), Melika Shirmohammadi (US), Tomoki Sekiguchi (Japan), Marijke Verbruggen (Netherlands)
Participants who fully complete the program will be awarded a scholarship to cover AoM membership and conference registration in 2026 (i.e., a fee waiver).
