Dear fellow CAR members:
Voting in the CAR elections closed on May 19 and the results are in. Many thanks to all of you who voted. Your voice mattered as some of the results were very close. We had about 25 percent of the membership voting, which is in the range of the last 10 years (20%-29%) and slightly higher than the average of other divisions for this year's election (23%). We are very fortunate to have such an engaged membership!
Our new CAR PDW Chair is Daniel Spurk from Universität Bern.
Our new CAR Treasurer is Alison Dachner from John Carroll University.
We have three new representatives at large, all for three-year terms, ending August 2025. In alphabetical order,
