MJH is reshaping career trajectories and raises essential questions about how careers are structured, navigated, and supported over time. Yet, conceptual and methodological fragmentation in MJH research limits the integration of knowledge and theory building.
This is why the interactive PDW brings together researchers exploring various MJH phenomena - such as moonlighting, side gigs, hybrid entrepreneurship, portfolio careers and more - to discuss their conceptual, theoretical, and methodological challenges.
