    What better way to start your AOM conference than with a dynamic workshop exploring the challenges and rewards of crafting a compelling academic identity?

    We'll begin with reflections from our keynote speaker and panel, who will share their experiences navigating the process of uncovering, refining, and communicating identities that resonate across key audiences. Then, in optional interactive roundtable discussions, you'll have the opportunity to connect with peers and senior scholars, reflect on your own journey, seek advice, and draw inspiration from others.

    Thanks for reaching out. As of now, the second half of the session (i.e., the interactive roundtables) is full. That said, we would welcome you to still join us for the first half, which includes the keynote and panel discussion.
