Early Career Academics needed for participation in research project

Dear colleagues,
For a research project of the Leeds University Business School we are looking for Early Career Researchers (ECRs) to participate voluntarily in an online study on workplace experiences and attitudes.
ECRs often face challenging and ambiguous situations when starting their career. This research aims to learn more about ECRs' experiences in the workplace and how they react to challenges. We further investigate the role of attitudes and ambitions, and how organizations can support ECRs throughout the first years of employment.
The inclusion criteria are:
2 years or less work experience since PhD completion
Fluent in the English language
This study is part of a PhD project and consists of 3 online surveys (max. 5 minutes each) approx. four weeks apart and has received ethical approval from the Research Ethics Committee of the University of Leeds.

We will contact you regarding the following surveys through the email address you provide in this survey. Your email address will only be used to contact you for the purpose of the study and to link your answer across the timepoints and will be deleted as soon as data collection is completed.
