We are pleased to announce the publication of our Special Issue, "Learning and transfer in organizations: How it works and can be supported" in the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology (EJWOP). As guest editors, we (Simone Kauffeld, Julian Decius, and Carolin Graßmann) have had the privilege of bringing together a collection of outstanding contributions that advance our understanding of how learning occurs in organizational contexts and how knowledge transfer can be effectively supported.
The Special Issue features nine studies employing a range of methodologies, including experimental designs, mixed-method approaches, network analysis, and systematic reviews. The articles provide valuable insights into topics such as formal, informal, and self-regulated learning, training transfer, leadership development, gamification in workplace learning, social support, and knowledge sharing.
