If you want to trigger your imagination about the future of AI management while watching a fun film this could be a great resource for you: COB Organizational Wisdom Studio's third episode in "Managing AI with EI" track explores: How can organizational leaders help employees manage their anger when working with AI agents? The episode features the film titled
"In Shadow of Zero," produced by Power House Professionals, presented at the 14th Annual COB Film Festival.
This experimental comedy film explores how Transformational Leadership Theory along with emotional intelligence can help managers empower employees working with AI agents to move from anger to joy. The film illustrates a near future where a company outsources its leadership training to an AI agent.
Dr. Oguzhan Aygoren from UC Berkeley joins program co-hosts Elisabeth Nunziato and Dr. Hakan Ozcelik in a commentary.
