Dear CARs division,
We are undertaking a study to explore and understand why there remains a silence around women's post-menopause careers in organisational academic literature. We would like to invite PhD students, early career academics, and late career academics to take part in the study. This would involve completing an online survey which will take approximately 10 minutes. At the end of the survey there is also the opportunity to express your interest to take part in a 1-hour online interview (this is not compulsory).
If you are interested in taking part in the study, please follow the link below which will direct you to additional information, a consent form, and the survey questions: https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://uos.questionpro.eu/scopingsurvey__;!!IhKztkE!f1qkEg6HWPMw_-Ka7P67r4l1XjHSVNlc0QRu4NyVui6wmzwVxhJk-B9rycUIBNrRVyHjoNorVddyR6fkJLd7pw$.
