-How people and organizations learn and manage these changes

Researchers will share insights on optimizing work cultures for positive employee and organizational effectiveness, while industry leaders will share strategies and have opportunities for dialogue for managing a distributed, diverse workforce.

Participants will have to opportunity to present and get feedback on research, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the ever-evolving workplace in the digital age.  A special issue of a journal, and other publications are planned. Partial travel fellowships are available for doctoral students and international faculty with an accepted abstract. All meals are covered during the conference for registered participants and a welcome evening arrival reception is planned for March 20.
