On Behalf of @Rick Cotton (Rick) The Careers Division, is delighted to share new content with the amazing @Kathy Kram, Hughes Award Winner. Kathy discusses the origins of developmental relationships to challenge gendered norms and enhance opportunities for gender equity. She explains the need to make developmental relationships more available across differences by valuing leadership behaviors across the globe with implications on diversifying our constellation of developmental relationships.
