I hope everyone saw the announcement and video about this year's Michael Driver Best Symposium Award that I posted last week (if not, see it
HERE).
Now, it's time to focus on our second award: the
Arnon Reichers Best Student Paper Award. Our program chair selected three nominees based on reviewer ratings of all eligible paper submissions for this award. Then, a committee consisting of expert Careers Division members decided on a winner based on a predefined set of criteria related to, among others, novelty, rigor, and contributions to the field. Our committee members for this award were:
Simon Restubog (chair),
Mila Lazarova,
Stefanie Gustafsson, and
Martin Obschonka.
The nominated papers were:

Authors: Judith Langerak, Jessie Koen, and Edwin A.J. Van Hooft (all University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands)

The winner(s) of the 2021 Arnon Reichers Best Student Paper Award is............
