    Please join us on Friday, July 30 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM (EST) – Containing the Negative Contagion of Incivility in the Workplace at AOM (Session # 42).

    regulate emotions, apply lessons learned from bullying, expand your repertoire of response options, navigate organizational politics, prevent rude behaviors from ruining your workday.

    Our esteemed panel includes Dr. Allison S. Gabriel (University of Arizona), Dr. Michele N. Medina-Craven (Mississippi State University), Dr. Lynne M. Andersson (Temple University), Dr. Christopher C. Rosen (University of Arkansas), Dr. M. Gloria González-Morales (Claremont Graduate University).

    Our informal session format is as follows:

    *Part 1: Introduction of topic (1 minute)

    *Part 2: Panelists introduce themselves and discuss related research projects/activities (5 minutes each, 25 minutes total)

    *Part 3: Facilitation of discussion with the audience

    *Part 4: Organizers ask pre-planned or seed questions

    ^^60 minutes total for part 3 and part 4

    *Part 5: Key takeaways from the panelists (4 minutes)
