Voting in the GDO elections closed on May 16 and the results are in. Many thanks to all of you who voted. We have about 23 percent of the division who voted which is similar to the range of the last 10 years (20%-29%) and similar to the average of other divisions for this year's election (26%<o:p></o:p>

Our new CAR PDW Chair is Serge P. Da Motta Veiga from EDHEC Business School.<o:p></o:p>

Our new CAR Secretary is Erin Makarius from University of Akron.<o:p></o:p>

We have three new representatives at large, all for three-year terms, ending August 2024. In alphabetical order, <o:p></o:p>

Janine Bosak, Dublin City University<o:p></o:p>

Alycia Damp, University of Toronto<o:p></o:p>

Alexander Newman, Deakin University<o:p></o:p>

We are thrilled to have such an outstanding group of people join our CAR executive committee. Please join me in congratulating them!<o:p></o:p>

A special thank you to the individuals who were not elected but who agreed to run for office. We greatly appreciate your contributions. The elections were very close and we hope you will consider running next year.<o:p></o:p>
