    For long time, a debate has been taking place in the field of career studies: Has career dynamism increased as suggested by the 'New Career' concepts? Using a big-data of some 21 million observations, the whole population of one country across over 10 years of their career, we can say that indeed current labour markets are highly dynamic. The findings expand both the boundaryless career and career ecosystem theories. The paper, published in JVB, is an open-access:
