Dear colleagues,
Beatrice Van der Heijden, Jos Akkermans and I are preparing a symposium on sustainable careers for the AOM conference in Chicago for which we currently have two spots available. It is our aim to bring together a set of papers that help to move the research field forward by further refining the relationships articulated in the conceptual model of sustainable careers (De Vos et al., 2020). We particularly seek for empirical or conceptual papers making a significant theoretical contribution to the field of sustainable careers.
If you have work in progress that falls within this scope and if you are interested in participating, you can contact us directly (ans.devos@ams.ac.be), providing us with a short explanation of the paper you have in mind. Also, if you are not sure about whether your paper would fit, don't hesitate to reach out for some informal feedback.
