The Department of Management and Technology at Bocconi University seeks candidates for 2 full time tenure-track faculty positions at the Assistant Professor level. We are open to all areas of management scholarship but we are specifically looking for candidates specializing in Organization and Management Theory or Organizational Behavior. Appointments are expected to begin September 1st 2024.
The Department of Management and Technology has a longstanding scholarly tradition in the fields of technology, strategy, and organization theory. In 2023 the department was ranked 7th worldwide (3rd in Europe) for business and management in the QS Worldwide University Ranking. The department is currently in a sustained period of growth and internationalization, with over 15 international faculty members hired across all levels in the last five years.
Applicants should have outstanding records in a doctoral program and strong demonstrated ability or potential for high quality research at the forefront of their field. Ability and interest to teach in undergraduate, masters, MBA, and PhD programs are essential. Advanced candidates should have an established track record of research and teaching.
