    Dear Colleagues,

We are putting together a presenter symposium on e-HRM, intended to submit to the 84th   Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management in Chicago, IL. We would appreciate the opportunity to consider your work for inclusion within that symposium.

Electronic Human Resource Management (e-HRM) stands at the intersection of Information Technology (IT) and Human Resource Management (HRM), shaping the way organizations manage their human capital and vital processes. The evolution of e-HRM has been profoundly influenced by advancements in technology, defining a new era in how HR practices are carried out within organizations. Over the past few decades, e-HRM has become an essential component in effectively supporting organizational processes through various HR practices such as recruitment, selection, training, and more. The concept of e-HRM encompasses the strategic use of web-based technologies to implement HRM policies and practices, thereby improving HRM effectiveness and efficiency. Given the growing impact of e-HRM, and in line with the Annual Meeting theme of "Innovating for the Future", it is a great time to take stock. We are seeking work that examines various aspects of e-HRM, including but not limited to policies, practices and outcomes for human resource management

If you are interested in having your work included in this symposium submission, please send a 250-500 word abstract to galinab@niagara.edu and mgrabars@lakeheadu.ca by November 15th, 2023.  Abstract selection complete and notifications will be made by December 1st, 2023, when extended abstracts are due December 15th, 2023.  Please note that the deadline for AOM final submissions is January 9th, 2024.

    Best Regards,

    Galina and Mirit
