The panel spotlighted several strengths: going beyond what we know about work-life balance and including partners' perspectives in multiple job holdings; building a framework that connects multi-job identification and work outcomes strung together by roles theories; using innovative data with dyadic partners and applying a novel approach to measuring pluralistic identification beyond "moonlighting"; and generating broader interests in the careers field and guiding future research on career transition, career identity salience, and career sustainability.
