Our annual awards consist of AOM Meeting Awards: Michael Driver Best Symposium, Arnon Reichers Best Student Paper, Best Overall Paper and Career Division Awards: Careers Division Mid-Career Careers Scholar, Best Published Careers Paper.

We are kicking things off with the Michael Driver Best Symposium Award. This year's Chair-Elect is Denise Denise Jepsen and Program Chair is Serge Da Motta Veiga. The highest-rated symposium was selected based on reviewer ratings and a panel of judges.

The committee with a panel of experts included Noemi Nagy (Chair), Annabelle Hofer, Jeffrey Yip, and Patrick Garcia.
And the winner is…

The panel noted several strengths: a topic that was relevant and timely with the global crisis, studies that were linked to broader Careers conversations at multiple levels of analysis, complementary methodologies (longitudinal cross-country surveys, experimental data, interviews with downshifters and relational partners, longitudinal interviews, follow-up interviews, archival data and observations, and a multi-faceted view on crises – societal, COVID-19 Pandemic, occupational level threats, and chronic pain.
