A permanent part-time position (60-80%, approx. 26-35 hours/week) as research and teaching fellow in Work and Organizational Psychology is currently open at the ZHAW-Zurich University of Applied Sciences, School of Applied Psychology. See link below.
For this position, a very good command of German is required. A PhD in Work and Organizational Psychology, OB, (or equivalent) would be a strong asset.
Part of the position will be devoted to coordinate a new interdisciplinary program being developed by the School of Law and Management and the School of Applied Psychology.
We are a small hybrid and supportive team working on topics at the intersection between new work, leadership, well-being at work, behavioral ethics, and sustainable careers.
