Have you ever felt that your research participants benefited from participating in one of your studies? Or maybe you feel that you benefit yourself when you conduct research?
Do you have 5 minutes to share your experiences?
Sophie Hennekam, Jamie Ladge and Judy Clair seek to explore the benefits of conducting and/or participating in research. We aim to enhance understanding of the ways in which conducting research and research participation can enhance psychological well-being, referring to the positive effects, improvements, or advantages related to an individual's mental and emotional well-being.
Who can participate? Any management scholar who conducts research.
The online survey consists of three open questions about the potential perceived benefits of conducting and participating in research by eliciting concrete examples of professional experiences.
